It is located on the first floor, to access the building there are 4 steps before reaching the lift.
The living-dining room is facing the sea, from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the beach, as well as dreamy sunsets with the island of Tenerife in the background and its majestic Teide (the highest mountain in Spain). The living room has a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, a large dining table, which can also be used for teleworking, and six comfortable chairs. High speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV to stay connected and if you wish to telework inspired by the views.
Adjacent to the dining room is the balcony which has been enclosed to extend the living area, but open the windows and you'll feel the sea breeze and watch life go by on the bustling promenade with the beach in the background.

Comfortable and centrally located holida home, in the city centre of Las Palmas, with 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, with capacity for up to 5 people. Ideal for families. The accommodation has lift, unlimited internet access - Wifi, hairdryer, 3 TVs and radio. Fully equipped open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle. The house is located in the city centre, with all the services that a big city like Las Palmas has to offer and just 800 metres from the fantastic and emblematic Las Canteras beach, considered one of the best urban beaches in the world. Located next to one of the most emblematic parks in the city: Parque Santa Catalina, an example of life on the edge of the street. It is home to the Science Museum and the Miller Building, which hosts cultural activities. Santa Catalina Park is also the nerve centre of the Carnival events and the Theatre and Dance Festival held in the summer months.
