Beautiful and comfortable Villa situated in the Salobre Golf municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. Cosy villa of 102 m² situated in an ideal destination to leave our worries behind and focus on enjoying the tranquillity and the landscapes that it offers us. The very luminous house consists of a comfortable living room with a modern and integrated kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms, with large single beds, two complete bathrooms, one very large with bathtub and shower and the other one complete with shower. The fully equipped accommodation has a capacity of up to 4 people and has everything you need such as 3 Smart Tv's, internet with unlimited Wifi, hairdryer, iron for a wonderful and comfortable stay. The living room also has a large round dining table as well as a small work area with table and chair to work comfortably. The spacious American style kitchen is fully integrated into the living room and is equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The house has several windows that allow wonderful views to the outside.
